HOLIDAYS INCLUDE New Year’s Eve & Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

A $100 non-refundable Retainer is required for each room booked for any Holiday boarding reservations and spring break reservations with a minimum of a 3-night stay required. This will ensure your pets will have a place to stay while you are traveling or on vacation. If you need to cancel the retainer will be applied to your next stay. If there is a no-call no-show your retainer will be forfeited. If you are booked through a holiday and return before the end of your booking you are liable for the entire booking and will be billed for the entire stay. There is also a $ 10-holiday fee per animal for the day of the Holiday.

Disclaimer: To confirm a reservation for a week or longer in one of our suites or for a holiday stay, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required. Please note that if a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
